1. Can I buy Fella Design products online?
Unfortunately, not yet. But stay tuned, our e-commerce stall is launching very soon!

2. How do I leave an enquiry?

3. Are all of your products available at all physical stores?
Not all products are available across all Fella Design stores, however, you may request for a specific product to be available at your closest Fella Design showroom.
4. Can you dispose of old furniture?
If you have purchased something from us, we can dispose of your old furniture as a customer service with no charge.
5. Does Fella Design products come with a warranty?
Our warranty policy can be pretty complicated. You can have a quick look here: PDF Warranty Policy.
However, in general, we have 3-5 year warranties on the frames of upholstered or leather products, spring or webbed seating systems, various mechanisms, mattresses, fabric, cushioning, etc.
6. Do you provide repair and reupholstery services?
Yes we do. Please walk-into one of our showrooms with a photo reference of your furniture for a price quotation.

8. I can't find an answer to my question, how can I reach customer service?

9. What’s your E-Commerce or In-Store Delivery Policy?
We usually estimate 2-3 working days.
10. What is your Exchange or Replacement Policy?
There is no refund allowed, however this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to cases of wrong color, wrong model, or defective item.
