Delivery Information

  • Delivery when Ready Stock in Klang Valley - Within 7 Days
  • Delivery when Ready Stock outside Klang Valley - Subject to fleet availability
  • Make-To-Order Products - approximately 2-4 Weeks
  • Pre-Order Products - approximately 6-8 Weeks

Outstation Transportation
Kindly note that for deliveries outside of Klang Valley, a specific delivery date and time cannot be confirmed in advance. Our logistics team consolidates orders by route and dispatches once allocation is fully scheduled and finalized. We will provide a confirmed delivery date and time once the shipment is arranged.

Make-To-Order Products
If your product is made-to-order, our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks starting from the date of purchase. Shipment can only be arranged once the work order is completed and delivered to our Warehouse.

Pre-Order Products
Many of our products are available on a pre-order basis. Pre-Order products will take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive, usually by sea. Shipment can only be arranged once the product is cleared at our ports and delivered to our Warehouse

Delayed Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Some of our product deliveries, especially Make-To-Order or Pre-Order Products, may face longer lead times due to order consolidation, sea conditions, customs inspections, and other factors impacting our manufacturing and logistics processes, as well as that of our manufacturing, shipping and logistics partners.

Any of these factors could result in a longer than expected lead time. Kindly note that there will be no refunds or compensation for any such delays. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused by such potential delays, and we appreciate your kind understanding.

Furniture Delivery
Our delivery service uses our own trained logistics teams and therefore offers the most care to your products and delivery experience.

Our delivery service includes moving of items into the room of your choice in your home, unpacking, assembly, installation, and rubbish removal. Our delivery teams will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm delivery timing.

If you are not at home and no one is available to receive our delivery service, an additional delivery will have to be rescheduled at the same cost.

Apartment Security/Management
If you are an apartment homeowner with security or management, please ensure our delivery staff are allowed entry during the scheduled delivery time by acquiring permission from your property security or management. In the event your security or management refuses entry, an additional delivery will have to be rescheduled at the same cost.

Furniture Disposal
Furniture Disposal may be requested as an add-on service upon purchase. We charge rates for disposal according to furniture categories, you may refer to the following table:
