Warranty Policy

Fella Design Group Limited Warranties

The following Limited Warranties are given only to the original retail purchaser, subject ot all the terms and conditions below. These Standard & Limited Warranties are non-transferable:

Fella Design Retail Subsidiaries (Fella Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd., Urban Culture Sdn. Bhd., and American Accents Sdn. Bhd.), warrant the following Fella Design Group products and parts against material manufacturing defects, subject to all limitations and exclusions outlined in these Limited Warranties, for the duration specified in the table below.

*Finishes and all Other Furniture Products refer to finishes and other parts, components and other furniture products not specifically included in the above Limited Warranties, including but limited to dining room tables, chairs, occasional tables, beds, dressers, sleeper mattresses, desks, curio cabinets, buffets, lamps, electrical components (other than light bulbs), recliner pull cords, and handles incorporated into any furniture product.
1 Year Limited Warranty 1 Year
  • As used in these Limited Warranties, “labor coverage” refers to Fella Design Group bearing ALL cost including delivery, material (subject to terms and conditions), and labor charges within 1 year of invoiced date.
  • Exceeding the 1 year term, all charges including transportation and material will be borne by the customer excluding workmanship charges, which will be borne by Fella Design Group.
  • Is it advisable to adhere to the care instructions as stated in the “Upholstered Furniture Care & Maintenance Instruction” (attached in our sofas) and product care information provided by our Sales Representatives.
  • All seat cushion cores in both Unattached Cushioning and Attached Cushioning will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This shall be considered normal wear and tear, and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect.
  • The Leather and Upholstery Fabric Limited Warranty also includes seam slippage, cracking and dye transfers. Leather is a natural product, and, as such, each hide will reflect its own individuality.
  • Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected as are the nicks, scratches and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.
  • These Limited Warranties do not cover tears, flattening of nap, piling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. These Limited Warranties also do not cover protective finishes, velvets and velvet types, since by their very nature, these fabrics are of soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.
  • These Limited Warranties do not cover products purchased during promotional sales (confirm with our Sales Representatives these terms and conditions during purchase).
  • These Limited Warranties are not applicable to reupholstery products, OEM models and additional services provided by Fella Design Retail Subsidiaries.
  • Charges incurred through these Limited Warranties shall be determined by Fella Design Group Quality Control team’s investigation and verification.

Claim Procedure

If a problem arises in your purchased product that you feel is covered by these Limited Warranties, contact the authorized retail subsidiary from which you purchased the product. All claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period, to satisfy the Limited Warranty requirements. You may contact the original Sales Representative from which you purchased your product, or you may send an e-mail to customercare@fella.com.my outlining your claim.
